Examples include employee reward and recognition programs, innovation programs, voice of the employee frameworks (including quantitative and qualitative research methods), diversity and inclusion initiatives and corporate mentoring programs. Trained as a market researcher in consumer and B2B marketing, I found my personal passion for making our company a "great place to work" ultimately propelled a career detour to HR, diversity, inclusion and employee engagement.
