Retired Limited Duty Officer (Nuclear) who made a career change to Corporate Training and Organizational Development.
I started out as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner for the southeast for Morgan Corporation, the largest medium freight truck body manufacturing company in the US. We build trucks for recognized brands such as Penske, U-Haul, Budget, etc. I recently was asked to startup and run the training and organizational development function for the company based on my training background and success in coaching since joining the company. We have 11 sites across North America with other sites coming online soon.
