About Gabriel
Over thirty years of experience as a systems and software architect, systems engineer, project manager, developer, key contributor, and trusted problem solver to a variety of systems analysis, software development, and COTS integration projects using agile development methods. During this time, I have dealt with every phase of the software / system development / COTS integration process with particular emphasis in competitive proposal preparation, client interaction, requirements analysis, system/software architecture and design, software development, verification & validation, enhancing staff effectiveness, and turning around troubled programs. Positions include Engineering Director, Project Manager, Technical Lead, Chief Architect, Chief Engineer, and System Engineering & Integration Lead. My customer base has covered the gamut of DoD, Civil Federal, International, State, Local, and Commercial. I have established a reputation as a collaborator across all sectors, and mentor to technical staff, particularly Architects, Systems Engineers, and Software Engineers.
