About Tony
I have been with Accenture Consulting since 2016 and was with Gartner Consulting for two years before joining Accenture.
I provide expertise in change management and human capital for organizational transformation efforts, including business process changes, system implementations, restructuring, and digital workforce transformation. I help organizations build new capabilities; acquire, develop, and engage talent; and drive adoption of changes to meet the demands of business transformation initiatives.
In 2012, I transitioned from Active Duty Army to the Army Reserve, where I continue to serve as a Major in a Training Command. Before beginning my career in management consulting, I earned an MBA and masters degrees in organizational psychology and management.
