About Roger
I have been in the insurance industry for approimately five years with varying responsibilities during that time. I started as a Claims Adjuster, then moved to a Claims Team Manager, and now serve as Claims Senior Manager. Prior to moving to the insurance industry I ran my own commercial cleaning business. I also have experience in transportation as well as the mortgage industry. As with most professionals out of college, it took me a period of time to decide what it was exactly I wanted to do as a career, and where my skills would be best utilized.
