I am currently an HR Manager at Whirlpool supporting our U.S. Sales organization. I have previous HR experience with Ford Motor Company in Product Development and Manufacturing. In my current role, I have accountability for talent management, compensation, organizational effectiveness, recruiting, performance management, and career development. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Michigan State University with a concentration in HR.
