About Karen

I've been with IBM for 1 1/2 years as part of the Transformation office, specializing in organizational change management (helping people in organizations transition from their current reality to a new one). Before that, I was at PwC as an internal change management consultant. Change management has been a passion for me since I came into the field -- love the challenge, understanding what makes people motivated (or not motivated) to change, it requires creativity, empathy, and practicality. I'm equally passionate about my family, baking/cooking, arts and crafts, learning new skills, and friends.
