About William

I am retired from Federal service but have much to give back from the many blessings God has given me and my family. I have a Four year degree in business management from the University of Phoenix in 2007. All people need to be accepted approved and appreciated and I believe are starved for it in most work places. I have had many different management people to learn from. We can learn from all wether good or bad. In most organizations, 20% of the people do 80% of the work, and the 20% should be rewarded accordingly through incentives, but the 80% would do more also if there were incentives to perform at higher levels. I have lived my dream to snow ski the world, and have many good memories facing my fear of the most challenging slops. Life just like skiing we must lean into our fears. On the slops if we lean back, we lose control.
