About Joseph
Award-winning veteran producer of new media and multimedia communications with 15 years print and digital storytelling production experience as an active-duty Marine combat correspondent and as the staff writer for ON★PATROL, the magazine of the USO.
His reporting has brought him across the U.S., Asia and the Pacific, from high-profile coverage of celebrity entertainers and co-branded marketing productions for Fortune 500 companies to grass-roots volunteer operations. In 2005 he received the highest DoD communications honor as editor of the Hawaii Marine Newspaper, and in 2013 and 2014 he was honored with Gold and Platinum MARCOM Awards, respectively.
Once an ACP Protege himself, Lee has a bachelors degree in photojournalism and is currently pursuing a masters in journalism and a certificate in web technology at Harvard Extension School.
