About Jeff

My name is Jeff. I currently live in Palm Harbor, Florida and work at home for Travelers Insurance. When I enlisted into the military I saw my career
path going down a very different road from where I am today. I enlisted in the
Army and was a light infantry scout and later transitioned into the Air Force
reserves in security police. My civilian job at the time was security at the base
near my house. All of those choices were leading me to be a police officer in my
local town. What I did not plan for was local politics. While trying to pursue my
aspirations I took my first entry level corporate job. I thought why not. Good
hours, nice benefits and better salary. I quickly learned there was a large
difference between reserves and civilian work experience on a base VS
corporate life. I went through some growing pains but eventually found my niche.
After a while I learned I could excel in the corporate world and grew in the
company in various leadership positions. Right now I manage Business Analysis
and help them grow in those skill sets. Outside my direct reports I have never
mentored anyone and think I could help someone entering the corporate world
with the lessons I had to learn without a mentor.

I am a kid at heart. My personal interests include Harleys, science fiction, pool,
scuba diving and spending time at the beach. I participate in many motorcycle
rides that raise money for veterans and local animal shelters
