About Charles (Chuck)
Manufacturing engineer doing mostly contract/self-employed work until recently joining Alcoa Howmet. Currently a project engineer managing the design, engineering, and construction of machines that make aircraft engine parts. I have long term experience in the application of Japanese manufacturing techniques also known as Lean Manufacturing or the Toyota Production System. I like to do home remodeling projects, fishing, and teaching my grandchildren how to annoy their parents.
