Good Day,
I am a passionate supply chain professional with 17 years of combined experience in the areas of logistics, transportation, sourcing, procurement, operations management, production scheduling, lean operations, quality control and employee development.
Throughout my career with the 12 years in the U.S. Air Force, I gained extensive experience leading complex supply chains, administering contracts, and overseeing cargo operations with international and domestic partners, NATO allies, and humanitarian organizations. I have truly enjoyed working in supply chain profession because of the connection to various parts of the organization. I assisted numbers functions implement and execute strategies plus use quality/lean methodologies to reduce waste.
My experience ranges from operations-focused positions where I have managed daily operations of people and products to planning-oriented where I have conducted inventory control and performed demand forecasting.
In addition to my extensive career in supply chain, I have more than four years of experience in employee development. In this capacity, I have taught leadership skills to supervisors on topics including performance management, ethical leadership, change management, negotiations, team building, and diversity.
