About Frank
Frank has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector with on and offshore pipelines, offshore production facilities and midstream gathering, compression and processing systems. He is an engineering graduate of Texas A&M University and has specialized in project management and supervision of project managers his entire career.
He is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is Industrial/Process Business Group Vice President of Oil, Gas & Chemicals responsible for the overall direction of project activities for OG&C operations in the Northeast Region.
Frank has also been involved in project work and operations several times in the Far East and in Alaska. He has experience working for a shale producer operating in the Marcellus theater, and with a midstream concern in the Rocky Mountain region. He also has extensive experience with a regulated pipeline transmission company, both domestically and internationally.
