About Beth

A large part of my career background is in the learning industry - first as a consultant and team leader for eLearning, then managing learning management systems (LMS) and learning administration teams. For the past few years I've managed HR Operations at Tyco for North America and Latin America, which has included a global HR Transformation project.
I am passionate about building strong teams with high moral and making processes more efficient for my teams and our employees. I believe almost everyone and every project can find improvements for better Change Management, and that we must always be learning.
I enjoy yoga, reading historical fiction, traveling and cheering on my son's soccer team.
I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
