About Victor
I'm a 55 yr old, married with two sons 18 & 21. I'm a graduate of Virginia Tech and have worked in both sales and commercial banking since 1984. Since 2006 I have been a Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager for a community bank in Roanoke, VA. My primary role is assisting small-medium size business owners with their financing requests and related banking needs. With my credit administration I evaluate the merits of loans from $50,000 to $5,000,000. This process require a variety of skills from making a positive impression to position yourself to be considered for a business owner's banking, interpreting financial statement, evaluating different types of risk , asking appropriate questions to gain insights on a business, presenting a loan request & pitching it for approval to a loan committee panel, connecting with customers and becoming a partner in their success , etc.
Outside of work I enjoy fishing , travel, reading & family.
