I'm the Principal of Chrysalis Career Coaching and I work with individuals from all backgrounds to help them identify and achieve their professional career goals. I'm a public speaker and hold workshops on resume development, interview preparation, networking, and all issues around career transition and the challenges it holds.

I head up a mentoring committee for a national organization and mentor two individuals at a well known media/communications networking organization.
