About Caroline
Caroline Atherton is the Vice President of Human Resources Global Operations for HP’s Americas Region, a $65+ billion region spanning across 18 countries including the U.S., Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role, Atherton delivers customer-centric HR programs, solutions and services to over 120,000 employees including total rewards, talent acquisition, labor relations and employee relations.
Over the span of her 25 years in human resources, Atherton has held a number of leadership positions, including Corporate HR Compliance and Corporate Total Rewards and HRIS. Atherton has extensive mergers & acquisition experience as part of HP’s 2008 merger with EDS, HP’s 2002 merger with Compaq and Compaq’s acquisitions of Digital Equipment and Tandem Computers.
