About Betsy

I am an Air Force Veteran, whom served for 10 years (1986-1996). I was a personnel specialist and aside from serving in the Air Force worked in a joint assignment for the last four years during my military tenure. Most of my Air Force experience was positive. I was promoted ahead of my peers (Senior Airman Below the Zone) and made Staff Sgt (E-5), first time around. However, these quick promotions, stagnated my promotion to Technical Sgt (E-6) and therefore, I decided to test the waters in the Civilian World, but not before working as a GS worker, as a Casualty Assistance Rep. I obtained, both my Bachelor's (H.R.) and Master's Degree (MBA), while in the Air Force.
