About Sarah
I've spent the last 15 years in the call center industry specializing in VOIP call routing platforms and data analysis (SQL based). Together with a handful of colleagues, I've helped start companies in the US and abroad. As an entrepreneur, you wear a lot of hats so I've had experience in all aspects of business including HR, training, QA, etc. As my degree is in biology, I also tutor nursing and premed students from Michigan State University and have worked/managed veterinary hospitals and working farms. I enjoy mentoring my students and colleagues and seeing them succeed.
