About Mike

I am an English Project Manager and a UK Accountant by trade. I have lived and
worked in a variety of countries and cultures including the East Coast and West Coast
of the US, the Middle East, the UK and Western Europe. For the last 25 years I have
worked for large corporations in IT and Operations functions, namely Microsoft, Oracle
and Tyco. My wife and I have also started and run our own business and have
subsequently either liquidated them or sold our interest to others. I live in Florida with
my wife and my son but my daughter lives in the UK with her husband. I enjoy most
sports at a casual level but have actively engaged in waterskiing and diving and have
owned several small boats to support those interests. I have performed the role of
informal and formal mentor and truly enjoy sharing my experiences. Having recently
changed job (Microsoft to Tyco) and home from Reno, NV to Delray Beach, Fl, I am
recently familiar the opportunities and challenges significant life changes bring.
