About Ed

I served in the United States Army from 1981 until 2001 and retired as a 1SG from Ft. Carson, CO. My entire career was spent in Army Aviation in a variety of assignments both stateside and overseas. While in the Army, I was able to earn my B.S. in Business Management and a Masters degree in Education.

In 2001 I joined John Deere in Virginia and have relocated 6 times including international assignments and have had 8 different jobs in Operations, Project Management, Quality Engineering, and Program Management.

In 2020 I elected early retirement from John Deere and I am currently working with TBM Consulting Group as a contractor working with companies on Lean Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Operational Excellence.
