About Linda
After a 40 year career with the USPS, I retired as the Vice President, Area Operations for the Southern Area leading operations in over 5800 post offices, 63 major mail processing facilities with a fleet of nearly38,000 vehicles and over 115,000 employees. The Southern Area consists of 12 Districts located in eight states with a total operating budget over $10 billion and revenue exceeding $10 billion. Since retirement I have volunteered weekly at the DFW USO Center at the airport and our satellite unit at the Dallas MEPS. I also present transferable skills information to candidates at Dress for Success and have assisted with resume development, interview skills and LinkedIn account creation.
