About Vince
I am a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. I separated from active-duty in 1989 and went into a career in law enforcement. After my LEO career, I started and operated four businesses including a video production business and a coaching and leadership consulting business. I earned my B.S. in Management degree and am now completing my Masters in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University. I'm married to an amazing woman for 32 years and live in San Diego, CA where I enjoy the best beaches in the U.S. My wife and I love to travel and great coffee anywhere where our travels take us. I love to golf, softball, scuba diving, videography, writing, and reading great personal development books.
