About Joseph
I am from Syracuse New York and have been stationed in Norfolk VA since I've been in the Navy. I joined the Navy when I was 20 years old and have been serving our military for the last 7 years. I have made the hard choice to get out in a year because I just had my first child and do not want to miss her growing up. My job in the navy is an Aviation Boatswain's Mate, on the ship I direct aircraft and also am a firefighter. On shore duty I maintain the Arresting Gear for safe launch and recovery on Naval Station Norfolk. I have completed about half of my credits necessary for an associates in Criminal Justice but still do not know if that is the route I want to take when I get out.
