I'm in Technical Sales with IBM, our primary function is to ensure that everything we sell will work, and meet or exceed customer expectations. I've done this job for 19 years, was in hardware and software services before that. I also spent a few years as a technical writer. Hobbies include Kiteboarding, cycling, Paddling, camping, and pretty much anything to do with the outdoors. I'm married with two grown children, they are both married, but no grandkids yet. I am also a veteran, I spent 4 years in the Navy.
